Operation: SNOWSTORM -Secretary Delta- [CONCEPT]

  Concept artwork and reference sheet for Secretary Delta in the visual project, Operation: SNOWSTORM. As her title indicates, she is the personal secretary to her master, Roh, who controls both Stellar and Barrier City. Delta is one of the two main antagonists of the project and is more often seen as compared to Roh, and is also one of multiple other secretaries whose names are letters of the Greek alphabet.

  One would think that Secretary Alpha would be Roh's favorite secretary, but no. Delta goes far enough to bring him his coffee in the morning!

  Though the themes are not obvious or conspicuous anywhere else on her body, her face indicates that she is a gynoid (female robot). Her design is largely based on retrofuturistic and Space Age fashion, similar to that of the rest of Stellar City. Most of the inhabitants of Stellar City, such as Delta, are largely inspired by the design cues of the utopian and optimistic Space Age, effectively counteracting the dystopic and dismal outer Barrier City (which is similar to Blade Runner).

  You may recall Operation: SNOWSTORM being mentioned before. This is the same project in which the snowball of a beast, Ares, makes his debut in.
