Chili con Carne -Macoatl Character Contest-

For FlintofMother3's contest for the comic called Restaurante Macoatl. Restaurante Macoatl is mainly a rather hilarious comic strip about the various adventures of employees working at a restaurant called "Macoatl". Each character is unique in a certain way, and often add to these ventures with their greatly varying personalities. What is interesting about this comic strip is that it is not entitled to only be based on Hispanic themes, and can often include characters from various sources.

So...let me begin on who this character is. This character is literally called "Chili con Carne", with his nickname being "Chili". All that needs to be known about him is that while he is physically very strong, he is not very bright. Chili is good at carrying large objects, but often uses unintelligible grunts or simple words as his manner of speaking.
